UDDSOFT ("UDDSOFT", "we", "us") operates the uddsoft.net website and provides point-of-sale and business-management software. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details you give us. When you submit our contact form, request a demo, or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
• Billing information. Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation details but never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard connection data (IP address, browser type) to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from spam and abuse.

2. What We Do Not Do

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to your questions, demo requests, and support tickets.
• To set up, bill, and administer your account.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• To send service-related notices (invoices, changes to these terms).

4. Service Providers

We share information only with the processors needed to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and only on our instructions.

5. Cookies

This marketing site does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie as part of spam protection.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to administrative systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your state (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email support@uddsoft.net. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
